Paperwork Exposes Dipset Member Freekey Zekey As Federal Informant

Did Freekey Zekey snitch on Chauncey Dillon? The Dipset member has been accused of working with the feds.

Chauncey Dillon, who is serving 30 to life for killing Freekey Zekey’s friend is sending out paperwork to media outlets that suggests the Dipset member worked with the government in multiple states to reduce a drug sentence.

In the paperwork shared by the Infominds on Instagram, Chauncey claims Freekey Zekey born Ezekial Jiles allegedly entered a guilty plea to a drug felony in North Carolina and part of the plea bargain was for him to cooperate as an informant in some unrelated drug investigations in Hanover County North Carolina.

Dillon, who is a convicted robber and drug dealer alleges Zekey only served a 35-month sentence for “ecstasy” possession because he agreed to testify against him in the alleged robbery that left Zekey shot in the gut and the rapper’s good friend Eric Mangrum dead on a Chelsea sidewalk in Manhattan after trying to save him.

None of the eyewitnesses – Zekey included – who took the stand were able to directly identify Chauncey Dillon as the murderer. Chauncey still maintains his innocence. He was convicted of felony murder, attempted robbery and gun possession and assault charges.

Chauncey Dillon was sentenced to 30 years to life on Dec. 17 2004.

The paperwork claims Zekey continues to work as an informant with the New York City Police Department in their search for the fourth assailant in the botched robbery.

“Mr. Jiles has been cooperative and of substantial assistance to the NYCPD and New York County District Attorney’s Office throughout their investigation,” a portion of the documents read.

Many people in the Infomind comments questioned the authenticity of the documents, while others pondered on what the actual spelling of his name is. Zekey responded to the allegations in the comments saying “Keep Trying.”

This isn’t the first time Freekey Zekey would be labeled a snitch. He has spent a large part of his freedom downplaying the allegations.

Fellow Dipset member Jim Jones has also been accused of being an informant for the feds. During his famous trial for racketeering in 2019 6ix9ine outrightly claimed Jones was a Nine Trey Blood gang member and pointed to allegedly recorded phone conversations of Jones speaking with convicted gang member Jamel “Mel Murda” Jones.

“He was never a gang member. He was always a money ploy for the gang members. They going to have to violate shorty because shorty is on some bullshit,” Jones said in the wiretapped audio.
