Sarkodie makes history with ‘Black Love’ virtual concert.

Sarkodie Made African history with his Black Love virtual concert held on Sunday (Aug. 16) at Ghana’s Independence square in Osu. Streamed via Ceek.Com, an online streaming website for shows – the historic concert was reportedly viewed by over one million people worldwide, making it the most watched virtual concert in Africa.

The show was hosted virtually due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Despite the noticeable absence of a cheering crowd, Sarkodie delivered a show for the history books. Equipped with coordinated lightings, a live band and choreographed dancers, The veteran African rapper took to the stage to perform a medley of his old and new hits including Illuminati, Brown Paper Bag, Revenge Of The Spartans and lots more. Additional performers on the night includes Efya, Joey B, King Promise, and Shatta Wale.
