If you were looking to get J. Cole featured on one of your tracks, I'm afraid the door is now closed. Despite having a prolific run of guest verses in 2019, the Dreamville boss has just announced that he is done with features.
“This a honor to be on this song. NEW Gang Starr,” tweeted Cole. “This is the last feature you’ll hear from me. Thank you to everybody I got to work with during this run.”

Over the last year or so, Cole has laced tracks for the likes of 6LACK, Young Thug, 21 Savage, Rapsody and Big K.R.I.T. His most recent feature, and last (for now) is on Gang Starr's comeback record "Family And Loyalty," which dropped Friday.
If you missed the DJ Premier produced cut, you can check it out below.
"Family And Loyalty" is the lead single off Gang Starr's upcoming LP, the follow-up to 2003's The Ownerz.
