Featuring B2K, Mario and more.
Drake is taking us back to the early-2000s. Or is he bringing the early-2000s to the future? Anyway, the former Young Money rapper has just announced the line up for his 2019 OVO Fest and it’s filled with artists that I mostly didn’t like but couldn’t get away from.
This year’s festival, which takes place at Toronto’s Budweiser Ampitheatre from August 4-5 will feature performances from B2K, Lloyd, Mario, Chingy, Bobby Valentino, Pretty Ricky and the Ying Yang twins. Add J-Kwon to the mix and it officially becomes a fire line up.
In addition, OVO Summit will take place Aug. 1-2 at Tiff Bell Lightbox, while OVO Bounce goes down July 29 to Aug. 2 at the Goldring Centre.
Tickets for the ninth annual event go on sale this Friday (July 12).
