Migos Sued For Allegedly Ripping Off "Walk It Talk It"

Migos are being sued for allegedly stealing Walk It Talk It, a standout cut from their "Culture II" album.

TMZ reports a rapper named M.O.S. is suing the Atlanta trio for ripping off a track he recorded ten years ago. M.O.S. real name Leander C. Pickett claims Migos' "Walk It Talk It" is a cover of his track Walk It Like I Talk It, which he released on a mixtape in 2008. Pickett says he noticed in January 2018 that Migos had a song with an extremely similar title - After listening he realized they used a "substantial portion" of his version.

There's an obvious similarity between the two records but is it enough?

Pickett says he filed a copyright on his song in March, after hearing Migos' version. He's suing the "Versace" trio and their label Capitol Records for unspecified monetary damages.
