Season 44 of “SNL” kicked off on Saturday (Sept. 29) with Kanye West serving as musical gest. The artist now known as Ye performed his viral hit “I Love It” with assistance from Lil Pump. Dressed as Fiji and Perrier water bottles, Ye and Pump bring the erotic video to life with comedian Adele Givens serving as screen backdrop.
For his second performance, West brought out Teyana Taylor to perform “We Got Love” – a Lauryn Hill featured track that failed to make Taylor’s latest album K.T.S.E. due to clearance issues.
West later returned to close out the show with a performance of his “Ye” track. Donning a MAGA hat, Kanye performed “Ghost Town” with help from special guests Kid Cudi and 070 Shake.
Ye was supposed to drop his ninth studio album “Yandhi” on Saturday but the project is still no where to be seen.
