These are the highest paid hip hop acts of 2018.

As hip hop continues to grow worldwide, more companies are looking for new ways to profit off the culture. Forbes, for obvious reasons, decided to curate a new list dedicated to Hip-Hop’s highest earners.

The list is an annual report ranking hip hop’s highest-paid acts. Unsurprisingly, JAY-Z tops this year’s list with $76.5 million, followed by Diddy with $64 million.

Most of Hov’s earnings come from his joint album with Beyoncé “Everything Is Love” and the On The Run II tour.

Kendrick Lamar ranks at no. 3 with $58 million, while Drake who I expected to be higher considering the year he’s had comes in at no. 4 with $47 million. J. Cole rounds out the top 5 with an impressive $35.5 million.

Nas makes a resounding comeback with $35 million, while Kanye West closes out the top 10 with $27.5 million. Lil Uzi Vert and Russ make surprise entries with $19.5 million and $15 million respectively.
