Troy Ave Escapes Murder Charge In Concert Shooting

According to TMZ, Troy Ave won't be charged with murder following the shooting incident which resulted to the death of his body guard, Ronald McPhatter at a T.I concert in Irving plaza last month. He has however been indicted on 5 other felonies.

The BSB rapper is now facing charges on one count of attempted second degree murder and four counts of criminal possession of a weapon. If found guilty, Troy could be spending several years in prison.

His lawyer, Scott Lemon says he will ask the judge to release Troy on bail at his next hearing.
